Hands On Volunteer - Prescott Elementary School
Volunteers to help with the Oakland Education Fund's "Back to School Campus Beautification” campaign. We all know that our public school staff in Oakland are expected to work miracles in the face of diminishing resources. Let’s help staff make our school sites ready for the 2024-2025 year.
Come help on Thursday August 8th from 9:30 until noon at Prescott
Elementary School in West Oakland at 920 Campbell Street.
We need 10-12 volunteers to work on that day on the
following types of activities:
Decorating bulletin boards
Setting up classrooms
Organizing materials/supplies
Helping in front officeMAGIC
Library support
One of President Shannon’s priorities this
year is to get Rotarians working in visible projects
that demonstrate our service commitment. This is a perfect way support
