Angie Garling, as Program Administrator for Alameda County’s Early Care and Education Program since 2000, has advised policymakers on quality child care. She has more than two decades of experience in childhood educatoin and has been recognized by the US House of Representatives and the California State Legislature for her work. She was also instrumental in supporting the creation of Oakland Rotary’s Kinder Prep program.  Angie earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and a Master's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
